The Cámara Costarricense de Corredores de Bienes Raíces -CCCBR is an institution-created by associates for themselves and their colleagues in order to be vigilant and advocate for union consensus and whose fundamental objective is the defense of the interests of partners and of the guild in general.

It is the Institution that elevates the needs and opportunities required by the union with the relevant bodies to a single voice on behalf of the associates, so that their positions, requests, projects and other pronouncements have greater legitimacy.

Created on March 29, 1974, by a group of realtors, who join to create theCámara Costarricense de Corredores de Bienes Raíces (CCCBR), in order to join efforts to ensure clear rules in transactions of the real estate market in Costa Rica. This was born as a private non-profit association, file 255, in the month of July 1974,
The Cámara Costarricense de Corredores de Bienes Raíces, is the first and most important real estate institution nationwide.
TheCámara Costarricense de Corredores de Bienes Raíces, has been developing major changes in the real estate industry, such as the draft Law on Real Estate Contracts and the Brokerage of Real Estate.
As well as working in the positioning of the Costa Rican real estate brokerage sector at an international level, having important alliances with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Latin American Real Estate Confederation (CILA).
